Test Engineer

Role - Test Lead & Sr. Test Engg

Location - Dubai (UAE)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or similar role.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
• Experience with testing frameworks and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality.
• Analyze and interpret test results, and report defects and issues found during testing.
• Work with development teams to understand software requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Conduct performance, functional, regression, and load testing as needed.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document issues and track them through to resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the testing process.
• Participate in code reviews and offer insights from a quality perspective.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
