This role is focused on our sports dietary supplement brands, and we will only consider candidates with proven experience in the dietary supplements or health-focused wellness industry.

Bits of your job:

• Conduct competitor’s analysis to understand the competitive landscape better
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, working hands-on with a small, cross-functional team to unlock key milestones
• Set the project vision, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with business goals
• Measure and report the performance of all project initiatives
• Continuously gather feedback, adjust strategies, and refine the project based on real-time insights
• Plan, execute and launch project initiatives
• Take ownership of the upcoming initiatives and drive them forward with the same level of focus

Key expectations:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of experience working as a product owner or in a similar role
• Experience working in the dietary supplements or health-focused wellness industry
• Experience working with project management tools (E.g. ClickUp, Basecamp, ZOHO, Monday, JIRA)
• Proven experience taking ownership and leadership of complex projects and consistently driving them to successful completion
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decision-making
• Interest in health and wellness, aligning with the company’s focus on supplements
• Fluency in English is required, with Lithuanian being a plus
  
  
  

Salary: 2,000 €/mon. net
