You and your job

We need your help to design, build and run groundbreaking GenAI solutions that are as valuable for our customers to use as they are fun for us to develop. As a Full Stack Engineer you will join a multi-disciplinary team where you will have end-to-end responsible for your solutions.

Practical examples

• Work directly with (internal) customers to learn how processes and systems work.
• Design and build responsible and cost effective GenAI solutions for millions of customers.
• Convert these generic parts to re-usable building blocks used by 1000+ tech teams.
• Pair-program with team members to solve critical or complex problems.

You and your talent

• You are collaborative and have a customer-focused mindset.
• You have strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• You can build a simple web application autonomously from scratch.
• You have hands-on experience with Python backend frameworks, particularly FastAPI, and can design scalable, efficient APIs.
• You are skilled in modern frontend libraries like React, and you can work with a UX designer to build intuitive, responsive user interfaces.
• You have at least 3 years of experience with full-stack engineering.
• You have at least 2 years of experience deploying solutions to Azure / cloud. Certificates like AZ 204 is a nice to have.
• You are familiar with docker and other containerized technologies
• You have at least 2 years of experience building CI/CD environments.
• You have a passion for building clean, well-structured, maintainable and testable solutions.
• You have at least 9 months experience with GenAI (prompting, OpenAI API, agents, etc.).
• You are passionate about GenAI, and keep up to date with the latest trends and developments with the technology
• You are curious by heart and experienced in collaboration with customers.
• You can communicate well in the English language.
