Your Mission Will Be

• Translate business requirements into well-structured functional designs and logical flows;
• Define user interfaces, receipts, and data exchanges aligned with organizational standards;
• Ensure compliance with internal business rules and regulatory guidelines;
• Map information across stakeholders and create prototypes when necessary;
• Support business units and billing teams by clarifying application rules.

You Will Need

• Solid experience in functional analysis within information systems;
• Broad understanding of IT systems architecture and organizational design;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written;
• Familiarity with functional analysis best practices and methodologies;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience with billing or invoicing systems;
• Understanding of functional architecture rules in corporate environments;
• Hands-on experience with process mapping and logical data modeling;
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams effectively;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
