Are you passionate about IT security, automation, and modern cloud technologies? Are you eager to build a career at the intersection of development, operations, and security? We’re looking for a DevSecOps Trainee to join our team and grow into a key contributor in building secure, scalable, and automated software delivery pipelines in a collaborative, international environment.

Your mission will be…

As a DevSecOps Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in the tools, processes, and practices that enable secure software development and deployment. You’ll participate in projects while learning how to integrate security seamlessly into the DevOps lifecycle.

• Support the development and automation of CI/CD pipelines in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Assist in implementing security controls across the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in vulnerability scanning, container security, and infrastructure-as-code reviews.
• Help monitor system and application security, and respond to findings under guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, development, and security to ensure best practices are followed.
• Document workflows, policies, and configurations to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Learn and apply cloud security principles across platforms.
• Take part in sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile ceremonies as part of the team.
  
  

We are looking for someone with…

The motivation and eagerness to learn of an individual ready to launch a career in DevSecOps within a hands-on, agile environment:

• A degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related technical field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles and tools.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and automation.
• Initial experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about topics such as CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code, and security frameworks.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Good english, both written and verbal.
