User Experience Designer

We are looking for a Power BI UI/UX Expert to support our BI Chapter by designing high-quality reports, dashboards, and reusable Power BI assets.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (95% Remote / 5% On-Site)

Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually impactful and user-friendly dashboards
• Develop reusable templates and Power BI visual assets
• Apply UI/UX principles to improve usability and design consistency
• Collaborate with stakeholders and BI communities to promote design excellence
• Enhance the look & feel of Power BI reports through effective theming and layout

Required Skills

• Advanced UI/UX expertise within Power BI
• Strong skills in Power BI theming, dashboard design, and usability optimization
• Experience building scalable, reusable components
• Familiarity with BI best practices and design standards
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and community-driven environments
