Job Description

Are you passionate about HR technology and project management? Inetum Group is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead and optimize our global HRIS platforms — SmartRecruiters and SAP SuccessFactors — supporting recruitment operations across 19 countries.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Coordination

• Lead post-implementation follow-up and continuous improvement of SmartRecruiters.
• Support the enhancement of our global HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors).
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and external partners across regions.
• Monitor system performance, milestones, and user satisfaction.
  
  

HR Process Integration

• Ensure standardized and compliant workflows across all countries.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to drive process improvements.
  
  

System Administration & Support

• Act as the main contact for SmartRecruiters-related issues and updates.
• Contribute to the global SuccessFactors project.
• Manage system configurations, roles, and permissions.
• Support testing and deployment of new features.
  
  

Training & Change Management

• Design and deliver training for HR teams and hiring managers.
• Promote system adoption and best practices across the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in HRIS or HR transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, especially recruitment and talent management.
• Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters or similar ATS platforms.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Comfortable working in a remote, multicultural environment.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with GDPR and international data privacy regulations.
