Job Description
- Lead and structure the PMO for a multi-phase cloud transformation program
- Act as a strategic partner to the CTO and executive stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business and IT objectives
- Coordinate the program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across cross-functional streams
- Drive governance, reporting, and risk management across all transformation initiatives
- Establish a scalable delivery model, addressing current bottlenecks and preparing for future phases of acceleration
- Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, architecture, and security teams
- Manage external vendors and ensure delivery consistency and transparency
- Promote a culture of agility, accountability, and delivery excellence
- 8+ years' experience in program management, ideally in large-scale IT transformation or cloud adoption programs
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and understanding of migration/transformation challenges
- Strong PMO and governance experience, ideally in fast-scaling or multinational environments
- Proven ability to navigate senior stakeholder environments and influence at C-level
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams, and in managing interdependencies
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German or Italian is an advantage
- Certifications such as PMI, SAFe, Prince2, or equivalent are considered a plus
- A strategic PMO role with visibility at the highest levels
