Our client is an internationally active tech company in the financial services sector. We are looking for a seasoned program manager with a strong track record in cloud transformation programs to support the CTO and team in a succesful program set-up and delivery. Start ASAP - min. 9M mission.

Job Description

Lead and structure the PMO for a multi-phase cloud transformation program
Act as a strategic partner to the CTO and executive stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business and IT objectives
Coordinate the program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across cross-functional streams
Drive governance, reporting, and risk management across all transformation initiatives
Establish a scalable delivery model, addressing current bottlenecks and preparing for future phases of acceleration
Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, architecture, and security teams
Manage external vendors and ensure delivery consistency and transparency
Promote a culture of agility, accountability, and delivery excellence

The Successful Applicant

8+ years' experience in program management, ideally in large-scale IT transformation or cloud adoption programs
Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and understanding of migration/transformation challenges
Strong PMO and governance experience, ideally in fast-scaling or multinational environments
Proven ability to navigate senior stakeholder environments and influence at C-level
Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams, and in managing interdependencies
Fluency in English is mandatory; German or Italian is an advantage
Certifications such as PMI, SAFe, Prince2, or equivalent are considered a plus
