We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description

• Managing marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Organizing and coordinating team work, setting tasks, and monitoring their completion.
• Assigning tasks to the design team, overseeing the design development process, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Communicating with partners and internal teams.
• Optimizing processes and implementing new approaches to improve project efficiency.
• Analyzing campaign results, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a marketing agency or a related field.
• Experience managing projects in the gambling, gaming, affiliate marketing, or iGaming sectors is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of core performance marketing principles, traffic management, ad campaigns, and VA (virtual assistant) campaigns.
• Excellent planning, resource management, and deadline control skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, developers, media buyers, etc.).
• Confident use of project management tools (Jira, Asana) and documentation platforms (Google Docs, Confluence).
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work with key marketing metrics (ROI, CPA, CPL, LTV, CR).
• Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
• Advanced time management skills: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
