We are a leading integration service provider, enabling digital ecosystems through scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions. As we continue to grow and expand our product portfolio, we are looking for a Product Manager for Common Functions to drive the product development and evolution of cross-cutting capabilities that empower all our offerings.

Department Overview

The Nexus unit plays a crucial role in facilitating efficient payments, invoicing, and document handling on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide a seamless experience for our customers, ensuring that their business processes flow smoothly.

Approximately 400 employees are working towards this service area, and the department is responsible for optimizing processes from purchase to pay, resulting in an enhanced customer experience.

As Product Manager for Common Functions, you will be responsible for defining and managing shared features and services that are used across multiple products in our portfolio. These functions include user management, archiving, communication layers, internal support functions (e.g. billing) and also customer facing functionality such as tracking, portals, reporting, API lifecycle components, and more.

You’ll work closely with other Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to ensure that shared capabilities are robust, scalable, and aligned with the needs of our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the vision, roadmap, and backlog for common capabilities, being the bridge in between the product managers
• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand the shared needs, align on the common goals and ensure reuse and consistency
• Responsible for prioritizing development needs balancing among business impact, strategic goals, and technical feasibility
• Ensure that shared capabilities meet non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with the product owners and agile development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Advocate for a common function mindset across the organization
• Be responsible for the cost allocation for common function teams and have the business case responsibility
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar product management experience leading in complex and cross-functional business context, ideally both from the B2B and B2C side of the business
• Strong understanding of one platform thinking and shared product strategy
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
• Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), additional Nordic language is a bonus
• Financial know-how
• Organizational and coordination skills
• Experience with cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a bonus
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects (GDPR, ISO standards)
