Position: Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Data Analyst to support our global operations with accurate, insightful, and actionable data reporting. You will work with teams across sales, operations, and marketing to deliver dashboards, data visualizations, and analyses that help guide business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated analyst with 1–3 years of experience who thrives in a collaborative, data-centric culture. The role is based in Dubai and requires working night shift hours to support U.S.-based operations.

Responsibilities:

Data Reporting & Dashboard Development

• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau for internal stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into compelling data visualizations and self-service dashboards.
• Monitor data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting tools.

Data Exploration & Insights

• Use SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze datasets.
• Partner with business teams to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and root-cause analysis.

Systems & Data Integration

• Pull and clean data from Salesforce and assist in maintaining CRM-integrated reporting pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data definitions and KPIs.

Predictive Analysis Support (Bonus)

• Assist in interpreting predictive model outputs or working alongside team members to enhance forecasting capabilities (a plus, not required).

Communication & Collaboration

• Present data findings in a clear and structured manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Work effectively with colleagues whose first language may not be English.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a data analytics, BI, or reporting role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to build interactive dashboards and performance reports.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to or experience interpreting predictive models or machine learning outputs.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or cloud-based data tools is a plus.
