[What you will be working on]


Our Technology Associate Programme (TAP) is an exclusive two-year talent programme designed for you to build a strong foundation towards becoming a technology leader. You will be groomed and nurtured to build in-depth expertise in the technology, solve nation-wide problems with our technology leaders, a making an impact on the lives of people in Singapore.

Be empowered with the autonomy to define your own career growth in a supportive, friendly and inclusive environment. You will embark on an exciting journey where you will receive career advice from our senior leaders and experienced GovTechies, connect with like-minded technology enthusiasts in your cohort, and get access to exclusive and customised development opportunities throughout the two years.

What can you expect from TAP:

1. Embark your tech career in one of these roles: Cybersecurity Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Software Engineer, or UX Designer
2. Look forward to job rotations during your two-year TAP journey
3. Form camaraderie with TAPpers from your cohort
4. Gain valuable exposure through strategic engagements and impactful public service projects
5. Receive extensive training and team up with domain experts to solve nationwide problems
6. Become an effective leader through leadership trainings and engagements with Senior Leaders
   
   
   

Recruitment timeline:


Due to the volume of applications, we appreciate your understanding on the recruitment timeline listed below.

1. Application period: 1 August – 31 August 2025
2. Receive technical assessment: by mid-September 2025
3. Attend TAP Assessment Day (in-person): late October 2025
4. Attend Senior Leaders interviews: by mid-November 2025
5. Receive offers for TAP: from mid-November 2025
6. Commence work in GovTech: Jul 2026

[What we are looking for]

1. You are a Singapore citizen or Singaporean Permanent Resident
2. Possess a university education in Infocomm/Computer Science/Engineering/Data Analytics/UX Design or others but with relevant tech skills
3. Will be graduating from university and able to commence work in July 2026, or those with less than one year of work experience by July 2026
4. Able to prove your passion for technology
5. Know how to think big, have fun, and get stuff done
