Product Manager

Are you passionate about solving complex challenges in the fintech space? We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic startup, backed by Sequoia Capital. We’re building the universal payment layer to unify all currencies — fiat and crypto — so businesses and consumers can transact seamlessly.

In this role, you’ll lead the development of core products that sit at the heart of our platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, operations, and leadership to identify user needs, define product requirements, and ship solutions that drive real impact. What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration.
• Work closely with users and internal stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Translate business needs and user insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to scope, build, and ship features that matter.
• Drive product launches and go-to-market plans in partnership with ops and marketing.
• Use data to inform decisions, measure success, and continuously improve the product.
• Help shape product strategy and prioritization as we scale.

What We're Looking For

• Strong product instincts and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills – this is key for working closely with cross-functional teams and owning product decisions.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech company or startup.
• Experience shipping software products end-to-end, ideally in B2B or fintech environments.
• Comfort working with data and using metrics to drive product decisions.
• A technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is a plus.
• Prior experience in payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure is a bonus.
• A passion for working in a dynamic startup environment and building from zero to one.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fintech, Payments, or B2B background is a must-have.
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
