As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced General Manager from tier 1 exchanges and launchpads to join our team.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve company goals.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams.
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Analyze operational data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role at a tier 1 exchange or launchpad.
  • Strong understanding of the blockchain and crypto industry.
  • Extensive experience in managing large teams and complex operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience in business development and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the crypto space
