Responsibilities:

• Provide programmatic and technical leadership across the program relating to cost, schedule, and work products.

• Demonstrate strategic leadership through the SAFE Agile development process.

• Participate in and provide guidance to product ownership/management.

• Facilitate release planning activities.

• Escalate and remove team impediments.

• Manage risk and drive continuous improvement.

• Energize the team and keep them focused on program milestones.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience in software engineering and management.

• Experience as a Scrum Master.

• Knowledge of SAFE Agile development process.

• Ability to provide programmatic and technical leadership.

• Experience with cost account management.

• Experience in facilitating release planning activities.

• Ability to manage risk and drive continuous improvement.

• Strong leadership skills to energize and motivate the team.

• Ability to keep the team focused on program milestones.

• Eligibility for access to classified information.
