Job Summary:

We’re seeking a fast-moving, AI-savvy Marketing Lead for ChainGPT Pad — our premier launchpad for Web3 and AI-native token projects. In this role, you’ll lead all marketing operations surrounding IDOs, including campaign planning, social media coordination, influencer engagement (KOLs), and end-to-end content execution. You’ll work directly with project teams to align on goals and deliver impactful marketing strategies that drive attention, participation, and credibility.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced position that requires creativity, independence, and deep knowledge of both Web3 ecosystems and AI-driven marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution

Use AI and content tools to rapidly generate full-scale marketing calendars for upcoming IDOs.

Coordinate all content — announcements, threads, visuals, emails — with internal teams and external IDO projects.

Oversee end-to-end publishing across Twitter, Telegram, and community channels.

Campaign Leadership

Plan and manage IDO campaign timelines from pre-announcement to post-IDO wrap-ups.

Coordinate KOL/influencer participation, including outreach, onboarding, and tracking engagement.

Work with project teams to ensure messaging, tone, and timing align with overall launch strategy.

Strategic Growth

Propose and execute high-impact strategies to increase visibility, user acquisition, and participation in IDOs.

Monitor market trends and competitor campaigns to refine and elevate ChainGPT Pad’s marketing edge.

Deliver post-campaign analysis and insights to optimize future launch performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the key marketing liaison with IDO project teams, providing guidance and alignment on promotional timelines and messaging.

Collaborate with internal growth, BD, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills & Experience

Deep familiarity with Web3 launchpads, token launches, and IDO campaign mechanics.

Proven ability to create and manage full-scale content and KOL campaigns across social platforms.

Strategic thinker who can quickly craft growth-oriented plans and execute them without hand-holding.

Strong proficiency using AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to enhance marketing productivity and creativity.

Strong understanding of community dynamics, Twitter/X growth tactics, and Telegram engagement.

Bonus Skills

Paid ads (Meta, Twitter/X, Web3-specific ad networks).

SEO-optimized blog writing and coordination.

Experience with organic PR outreach, including journalist relations and news cycles.

Email campaign creation and distribution.

Experience managing and reporting on KOL campaign performance.

Employment Compliance and Confidentiality:

All employees will be onboarded through our official payroll and HR provider, which manages employment documentation, tax withholdings, and compliance with legal requirements based on the employee’s country of residence. As part of the onboarding process, each new hire is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), execute an employment contract, and fulfill any additional legal requirements specific to their jurisdiction. This process ensures compliance, protects company information, and establishes a secure and professional employment relationship.

Employment Structure:

This position is offered on an employee basis. Employees will receive payment via direct deposit on a monthly basis. Additional details regarding compensation, benefits, and company policies will be provided during onboarding and outlined in the official employment agreement.

Compensation:

Salaries are paid in fiat currency via direct deposit on a monthly schedule, with payments issued on the first business day of each month. This structure ensures timely and transparent compensation aligned with local financial systems.

Probationary Period:

All new employees will undergo a 90-day probationary period, which serves as a mutual evaluation phase. During this time, both the employee and ChainGPT can assess fit, performance, and long-term alignment with the role and company.
