About the Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer, you’ll join a remote team of 15 experienced developers building scalable, performant applications that power our lead generation ecosystem. You’ll work across a wide array of projects, contributing to both the frontend architecture and full product lifecycle in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Core Projects:

• Business Intelligence Dashboards – Real-time analytics and reporting
• Financial Platforms – Spending insights, performance metrics, compliance
• CRM & Data Systems – Lead ingestion, processing, enrichment
• SaaS Platforms – Multi-tenant solutions with robust user roles
• Workflow Builders – SMS/email campaign automation with drag-and-drop UIs

Your Role

Frontend Engineering:

• Build and scale multiple enterprise-grade applications
• Architect modular UIs with reusable components
• Handle large-scale datasets and real-time updates

Problem Solving:

• Research and implement new frontend patterns and technologies
• Tackle unique challenges across industries
• Contribute to technical strategy and code quality

Agility & Versatility:

• Work across varied project domains and business models
• Translate requirements into scalable architecture
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• 2+ years pf React + TypeScript experience
• Strong understanding of Next.js (App Router, Server Components)
• Experience with dashboards, BI tools, or complex UIs
• Solid Git and professional development workflows
• Ability to juggle multiple high stakes projects

Bonus Points:

• NestJS or Laravel backend experience
• Experience in business intelligence, fintech, or marketing automation
• Familiarity with real time data (WebSocket, SignalR, etc)
• Performance tuning for large scale, interactive apps
