Frontend Engineer

TypeScript - Front End Engineer - Up to £75K – London

We are currently working with this innovative fintech company looking for a frontend engineer to join their small, collaborative team! With plans to expand significantly over the next year, this is the perfect opportunity to join this dynamic team working on a new project, where you will have direct influence on the project’s direction.

As a frontend engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing functional code for front-end applications. You’ll be using Cypress and other tools to implement robust front-end testing as well as collaborating with the team to design and develop scalable software with an emphasis on performance and user experience. You may also have the chance to collaborate with the backend team if needed.

Skills:

• Exceptional Typescript and React skills
• Experience with Cloud (AWS or Google Cloud)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• Frontend testing expertise (ideally with Cypress)
• Experience managing CI/CD workflows.

Their office is based in East London if you are able to go in once a week, however if you live elsewhere in the UK, they are happy for you to go in once a month.
