What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Software Developer, Marketing, you'll play a key role in driving growth through the optimization of our website and the implementation of marketing technology solutions. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Develop and optimize landing pages – Building and maintaining landing pages optimized for conversions and implementing A/B tests to improve performance.
• Automate marketing processes – Developing and implementing automation scripts using Python to streamline marketing processes (e.g., web scraping, data manipulation, consumer acquisition automations).
• Manage website tracking and analytics – Implementing and managing website tracking through tools like Google Analytics, ensuring accurate data collection and event management.
• Integrate third-party platforms – Assisting in the integration and management of various marketing technology platforms, including CRM (Hubspot, Braze) and marketing automation tools.
• Support data analysis and SEO – Supporting the team with basic data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with SEO specialists on technical best practices. • Implement Pixel & Event Management – Managing and installing tracking pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads Pixel) to ensure accurate event data flow to analytics platforms, CRM, and advertising platforms.
• Leverage AI Prompt Engineering – Utilizing and refining prompts for AI tools to enhance content creation and marketing workflows.
• Collaborate – Working closely with marketing managers, analysts, and designers to understand project requirements and contribute to effective solutions.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• Proactivity and enthusiasm – Strong interest in web growth and marketing technology.
• Basic scripting skills in Python – With a willingness to learn and build marketing automations, like web scraping, data manipulation, and MarTech tools.
• Experience in building and maintaining website pages – An understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus).
• Familiarity with website analytics platforms – Particularly Google Analytics, including event tracking and reporting.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles – Including conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• A data-driven mindset – With an eagerness to learn basic data analysis techniques.
• Experience with A/B testing and SEO – Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies, and SEO principles, is a plus.
• Knowledge of data visualization and APIs – Experience with data visualization tools and a basic understanding of APIs and integrations is also a nice-to-have.
• Good communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities – Good eye for detail and effective communication
• Team player and independent worker – Capable of contributing effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative team setting.
