About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with experience in the technology and insurance sectors to join our team. This professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, and acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate the execution of technology projects from initiation to closure
• Ensure project goals are met within scope, time, and budget
• Manage communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
• Track progress using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, DevOps)
• Prepare clear and concise reports and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology projects, preferably within the insurance industry
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies
• Experience working with tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
• Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
• Experience in Agile project environments
• Previous involvement in digital transformation or core system replacement programs
