Trade Marketing Manager

For our client, a company specialized in the distribution of food and beverage products, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager for beverages division.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creates pricing structures for exclusively imported products, factoring in transport, excise duties, labeling, and internal pricing policies;
• Calculates total product costs and recommends selling prices in line with company profitability targets;
• Develops and adjusts trade discount policies across all sales channels (Traditional Trade, HoReCa, Online, Key Accounts);
• Builds and implements commercial campaigns: promotions, visibility actions and POS materials;
• Collaborates closely with Brand Managers to ensure campaign alignment and execution;
• Uses internal CRM and Excel to analyze performance, simulate pricing and support business decisions.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, pricing or commercial analysis in FMCG (ideally beverages);
• Strong knowledge of pricing logic, discount structures and margin calculations;
• Experience working with multiple sales channels and adapting commercial approaches accordingly;
• Excellent analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency;
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus);
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills;
• Proactive, structured and results-oriented mindset.
