HR Delivery Specialist - Training & Learning (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the HR Delivery team in different process areas, such as Administration of Trainings or HR Data Management
• General data maintenance in HR systems
• Supporting the documentation management
• Participation in operational meetings
• Other ad hoc HR administration tasks
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to become familiar with new tools and applications, such as SAP HR, Success Factors or Service NOW
• Very good German (min. B2) and at least good English language skills (min. B1)
• Organizational talent with strong skills in communication
• Customer oriented approach & can-do attitude
• Flexibility and openness to new challenges and experiences
• Self-driven and ready to learn from others
