Applicant Support Executive (Arabic Speaker)

Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Applicant Support Specialist to provide timely assistance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for applicants, responding to inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• Guide candidates through application procedures and resolve any issues they encounter.
• Assist with interview scheduling, assessment coordination, and status updates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate communication and support activity.
• Provide feedback to the recruitment team on common applicant concerns or process improvements.
• Ensure a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, HR, or applicant support preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and productivity tools.
• Experience in a recruitment or staffing agency setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR or CRM platforms.
