We are hiring – Client Relations Manager (Sales Support)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to support existing clients in a non-acquisition, sales support role. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in corporate services or business setup, strong communication skills, and solid operational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients
• Support the sales team with client documentation, renewals, and coordination
• Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery by liaising with internal teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in business setup firms or corporate service providers
• Strong operational knowledge of CSP procedures and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (formal tone, no slang)
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to follow-ups and issue resolution
• Open to all nationalities; English proficiency.
