About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across various business units. You will work on data extraction, transformation, and analysis, while also developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain efficient and scalable ETL processes.
• Create, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data analysis.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for different business areas.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand analytical needs.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across all analyses.
• Present actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for handling and analyzing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Data Factory).
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems using data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in software or tech environments is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
