Job Description: Lead Product Manager, Core Services & Platform

We’re looking for a senior product leader to own and scale our Core Services & Platform function across remittance, FX, payments infrastructure, and internal operations. This is a mission-critical role for a seasoned product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, financial infrastructure, and execution at scale. You’ll lead a team of Product Managers across domains like ledger, card transactions, KYC, FinOps, and Customer Support systems, bringing a strategic lens, operational rigor, and deep fintech expertise to help us scale the business across Asia.

You will:

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for core financial infrastructure and platform services
• Manage and grow a team of high-performing PMs across multiple domains and geographies
• Build for scale: strengthen architecture, reliability, and operational maturity across key systems
• Collaborate with Engineering, Business, and Operations to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient products
• Drive alignment across internal stakeholders with clear prioritization, documentation, and delivery discipline
• Navigate complexity across regulatory, technical, and financial systems to solve deeply integrated product challenges
• Champion a strong product culture and mentoring cadence to elevate the craft of product across the org

You have:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading PMs
• Deep fintech experience - ideally in multiple areas across payments, remittance, FX, ledger systems, or KYC/FinOps infrastructure
• Proven ability to scale platform or operational systems in a high-growth or regulated environment
• Hands-on fluency with deeply technical or financial products - comfortable working across APIs, ledgers, and transaction flows
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Ops, and Compliance
• Strong communication and decision-making skills, with a bias toward clarity, velocity, and outcomes
