Summary:

As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects, leading a talented squad of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take their technical and leadership skills to the next level.

Who you are:

● Minimum 4 years in a development role. You should have a solid background in software development, showcasing a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

● Minimum 1 year in a technical leadership role. Your experience should demonstrate effective team management, mentorship, and the ability to lead projects to successful completion.

● You have excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead a squad of 4-6 developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. You will be responsible for setting clear goals and ensuring the technical excellence of your team.

● Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with developers to provide support, mentorship, and encourage continuous improvement.

● Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.

● Work with squad managers to ensure consistent, high-quality, regular software deliveries to our stakeholders and clients.

● Actively participate in the hiring process for your squad and across the development team.

● Balance hands-on development work with leadership responsibilities.

Technical Skills:

● Deep understanding of either C#/.NET or Javascript/React to a very high standard.

● Familiarity with full-stack development and the challenges involved.

● Experience with cloud infrastructure, notably Azure.

● Experience with Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban

Desirable:

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, notably Azure Devops.

● Experience with IaC templates, especially Bicep.

● Experience with Typescript.

● Experience in a software agency or a similar fast-paced environment.

- Promotions Software Development: Creating a unique platform to enable clients to offer engaging deals, enhancing business-customer connections.

- Fitness Industry Web Revamp: Overhauling web interfaces for a leading company in the fitness sector, ensuring they match the high quality of the client's gym wear and supplements.

- AI and Chatbots: Venturing into futuristic AI and chatbot projects, particularly leveraging GPT technology, to set new standards in digital interaction.
