Your impact

Jacobs is on the hunt for a confident communicator and proactive multitasker who thrives on collaboration and clarity. As a Junior Project Manager in our Data, AI & Applications team, you’ll help drive digital initiatives across international teams, bridging gaps, solving problems, and keeping momentum strong.

We are seeking a natural communicator who builds rapport quickly across teams and time zones. Someone who is adaptable and responsive and composed in shifting situations. The successful candidate will be meticulous, driven by outcomes and tech-savvy with a knack for simplifying complexity.

  • Coordinate data and application projects across Australia, USA, and India
  • Apply Agile principles to manage the delivery of team milestones
  • Support cross-team collaboration with clear documentation and updates
  • Assist with procurement, onboarding, and reporting workflows
  • Facilitate meetings, training, and internal comms with professionalism and accuracy


Here's what you'll need

  • 2–4 years’ experience in project coordination or business operations
  • Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
  • Confident working across cultures and time zones
  • Tech savvy and a quick learner
  • Proactive, a problem solver with a "can do" mindset
