Project Manager

Programme scope:

• harmonise Randstad Italy’s system landscape and unify processes to support and guide consultants in delivering an outstanding talent and client journey

Responsibilities:

• Working with Global and OpCo workstream Leads to gather detailed plans and to detect dependencies with other products / workstreams
• Liaising with other Project Managers of other products to highlight dependencies and ensure these are tracked and monitored
• Works with workstream Leads to ensure activities and deliverables are addressed as per the official runbook
• Identifies product critical path and defines key milestones
• Supports OpCo workstream Leads and OpCo Change Lead to engage local resources that have to contribute to project activities / deliverables
• Tracks risks & issues and liaise with respective owners to ensure that actions / mitigations are executed
• Escalate to the OpCo Program Manager risks / issues that could not be addressed within the OpCo workstreams of the product that he / she leads
• Prepares status updates and participates to OpCo meetings that impact his / her scope
• Schedules and leads stand-up meeting with workstream Leads to align on key activities that are ongoing and track open points / questions that require support
