Product Design Manager

About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Design Manager who's passionate about solving customer problems and designing world-class user experiences for our Wallet products for individuals and institutions.

You will lead the Product Design team and work closely with product managers, product marketers and software engineers to design and deliver intuitive interfaces and delightful interactions for our customers. You will be responsible for the design vision, strategy and execution for our products and the team.

You will understand the jobs-to-be-done of our customers and design compelling solutions to meet their needs. You will own product design success metrics including customer satisfaction scores and other key performance indicators.

You will manage other product designers on the team, providing regular guidance and feedback. You will be a role model for others to emulate and set high standards for those around you.

What You Will Do

• Work closely with the Head of Product to develop and execute a comprehensive product design strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals;
• Collaborate with product, business, marketing and engineering stakeholders to design and deliver intuitive user experiences to meet customer needs;.
• Champion a user-centric approach throughout the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring customer perspectives are integrated into decision-making processes;
• Lead user research initiatives to gather valuable insights that inform design decisions;
• Analyze user feedback and product usage data to iteratively improve the user experience;
• Guide the design process, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity designs, ensuring all outputs are user-focused and visually consistent with brand guidelines;
• Define and track key product design performance metrics to assess the success and impact of product design initiatives;
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing and distributed product design team.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• You have at least 6 years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic, user-centered design solutions;
• You have at least 3 years of experience of leading and managing a design team;
• You have a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders;
• You have experience conducting user research, data analysis, and performance measurement;
• You are proficient in design tools (e.g. Figma, etc) and familiar with front-end development (e.g. HTML, CSS, etc);
• You have knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in product design;
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills;
• You are familiar with Web3, stablecoin and the broader digital asset industry.
