Program Manager – Data Governance Arabic-speaking Program Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Arabic-speaking Program Manager to lead a national-level Data Governance Program. The role focuses on implementing a unified data management framework across multiple entities, enabling trusted, AI-driven decision-making. You will lead program delivery, stakeholder alignment, and support the organization’s Data & AI transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the Data Governance program, ensuring timely and quality execution.
• Develop governance frameworks and workflows (e.g., metadata, issue management, CDE inventory).
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders across multiple entities.
• Manage teams and resources, including SMEs and consultants.
• Drive adoption through change management and training initiatives.
• Track progress using maturity models and ensure compliance with privacy/cybersecurity.
• Support presales and business development within the Data & AI domain.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT, Data Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in program management, with 5+ in data governance or AI-related projects.
• Proven experience with federated data models and cross-entity coordination.
• Understanding of AI use cases, data quality for AI, and ethical AI governance.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required.
• Pre-sales or GTM strategy experience in data/AI is a plus.
