Senior Analytics BI Specialist-Healthcare

JOB PURPOSE:

The role serves as a lead that is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of data analysis operations. This role involves analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights that assist in a data-driven decision making across the organization. The position collaborates closely with the business through the use of business intelligence and AI technologies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Lead data operations analysis, including collection, analysis, and reporting of KPIs/reports.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI and analytics.
• Facilitate workshops to gather business data requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Develop real-time dashboards and reports.
• Contribute to data governance policies ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful data solutions.
• Contribute to all data management practices and comply with NCDP and other legal and regulatory standards such
• as the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPPL)
• Comprehensive understanding of data management principles, data warehousing, and analytics
• Deploy advanced analytics and machine learning technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making and monetizing

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer Science , Data Science, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

EXPERIENCE:

• 9+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in extensive data implementation in a Healthcare setting, GDPR compliance and analytics.

SKILLS

• Expertise in BI tools, statistical analysis, AI, Machine learning , big data, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in Understanding data management and governance and compliance with excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal skills.
• Proficiency in data technologies, tools, and trends, including data privacy and security (GDPR compliance)
• Analytical & problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail while having the ability to make informed decisions, solve problems and analyze complex data sets
• Ability to develop concise and meaningful data summaries and analysis for presentations and publications.
• Data Science Professional Certificate/ Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)/ Azure Data Scientist Associate/ Data Science Professional Certificate
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, TensorFlow, ETL Tools: Pentaho, Spoon, Terraform, Data Lakes & Warehousing, Secure programming, applied cryptography
• Understanding of data management and governance with excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal skills.
