Your day to day...

  • Lead, implement, and follow up industrial and market projects related to Quality.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and results to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Analyze problems, identify risks, and escalate critical issues to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Conduct risk assessments at each stage of the project, identifying potential threats to quality, timing, cost, or resources, and manufacturing delivery KPIs, and developing appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Document and regularly update risk analyses and associated preventive actions.
  • Take full ownership and responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish

Who we are looking for...

  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, etc
  • 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with multiple areas: Operations, Planning, PPMD, Supply Chain, and Foreign Trade.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project (mandatory)
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or WCM will be a plus
