ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to work on Supplier Risk Management related products. Your main tasks will be:


👩 🏫 Customer Training & Enablement

  • Lead onboarding and implementation journeys for enterprise clients
  • Deliver tailored training sessions and best-practice workflows
  • Enable users throughout the customer lifecycle with documentation, webinars, and support material


🧭 Consulting & Internal Collaboration

  • Host enablement sessions for Customer Success Consultants to ensure knowledge transfer
  • Share learnings and escalate account-critical topics to CSCs
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for SRM rollout processes


📚 Documentation

  • Collaborate with our Technical Documentation Team to create and maintain accurate onboarding and enablement resources
  • Ensure consistency across internal documentation and customer-facing content in the Prewave Help Center


🛠️ Product & Process Feedback

  • Be a first-line tester of new features, validating their usability and customer impact
  • Channel structured feedback to Product and contribute to refining and scaling onboarding frameworks
  • Identify bugs and usability gaps and help prioritize them for resolution


ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years experience in enterprise SaaS onboarding, implementation, or solution consulting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into clear, actionable workflows
  • A collaborative attitude and comfort working across Product, Support, and Success teams
  • Fluency in English; German or widely spoken languages is a plus
