We're working with a highly innovative and data-driven company in the Media sector who are looking to build out their AI Innovation Hub. You will be hands-on with rapid AI prototyping, end-to-end deliver and impact at scale!

Your tasks:

• Rapidly develop proof-of-concepts-connecting data flows, training models, and building smart user interfaces in just days or weeks
• Own your solutions from idea to deployment, including model selection, testing, and product integration
• Work cloud-native using tools like Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run or similar platforms
• Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions that actually move the needle
• Contribute to the internal data science community by sparring, sharing, and shaping thinking

Your profile:

• A Master's/PhD (or equivalent hands-on experience) in a quantitative or technical field
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, multimodal models, and open-source frameworks like Hugging Face & LangChain
• Programming proficiency in Python, with real-world experience building production-grade systems
• Confidence in MLOps, model tracking, scalable architecture, and experimentation workflows
• Strong experience working on GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, BigQuery) ideally, or similar platforms
• Autonomous, curious, and driven to experiment-even when the path is unclear
