The role

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Developer to join our growing team at Bolt Insight in London. As a AI Developer, you will play a key role in building and refining the core features of Bolt Insight, working with real-time streaming tech to enable voice-to-voice communication, fine-tuning LLMs, and tweaking AI pipelines. Direct interfacing with users to gather feedback for product improvement is a crucial aspect of this role. Collaboration with the CTO and CEO on product direction and strategic decisions is also an integral part of your responsibilities.

Skills Required

• Production experience building enterprise web applications
• Bonus if you're familiar with WebRTC or streaming
• Skills aligned with the latest trends in AI development
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Bolt Insight's AI-driven platform
• Work with real-time streaming tech to enable voice-to-voice communication
• Fine-tune LLMs and tweak AI pipelines
• Directly interface with users to gather feedback for product improvement
• Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Design and implement new features and enhancements
• Optimize the platform for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure the platform is reliable, stable, and secure
• Troubleshoot and debug as needed
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI and web development
  
  

The Person

• 2+ years of experience in the field
• Advanced knowledge of Javascript and Typescript
• Experience in React and Node.js frameworks
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Neo4J, MongoDB
• Developed projects with AWS services and Lambda serverless architecture
• Participation in projects managed with Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
• Active use of Git
  
  

Bonus Experience

• Experience with Microservice Architectures, Message Queue & Brokers, Websockets, NextJS
• Knowledge of Redis and caching strategies
• Passion for startup life
