Artificial Intelligence Engineer

An AI engineer is required for a client-facing role, contributing to the development and integration of AI-driven solutions for a growing AI agent development agency. The position involves hands-on work with advanced AI tools and platforms, including RAG, prompt engineering, MCP, voice agents, n8n, make.com, Zapier, Twilio, ElevenLabs, and VAPI. The ideal candidate is a solo developer with native-level English fluency, capable of clearly communicating complex technical concepts to clients. This is a remote role beginning as a single project, with strong potential for ongoing long-term collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in AI development, including RAG and prompt engineering
• Experience with automation and integration tools (n8n, make.com, Zapier)
• Proficiency in voice agent technologies and platforms (e.g., Twilio, ElevenLabs, VAPI)
• Ability to explain and present technical concepts effectively in a client-facing environment
• Native-level English fluency and cultural familiarity with the US or UK
• Solo developer preferred; ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Interest in long-term collaboration supporting AI adoption for businesses
