Job Mission:

As Chief Transformation Information Officer (CTIO), you are responsible for defining and implementing Loewe's IT strategy, in line with the company's business objectives and Division/Group IT strategy.

You will lead the company's digital transformation, ensuring the innovation, performance, and security of information systems.

You will manage a team of 50 internals and be responsible for optimizing technology investments (Tech Capex of +/- €9 million in 2025) and the IT operating budget (IT Opex of €17 million excl. Amortizations / staff costs).

Under the responsibility of the Global LVMH Fashion Group CIO, you will contribute to the IT operating model transformation to make the most value of IT organizations and investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Digital Transformation:
  • Define and implement Loewe's IT strategy, consistent with the guidelines and blueprint from the LVMH group.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities offered by new technologies (AI, Big Data, Cloud, etc.) to improve the company's performance and innovation.
  • Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring their alignment with business needs and their completion within budget and on time.
  • Developing near shore strategy, rationalizing AMS vendor landscape, improve efficiency through Division centralization of core IT roles.
  • Animate and contribute to the Regionals FG Division Share Services driven by costs efficiency and service quality.
  • Information Systems Management:
  • Oversee all of Loewe's information systems, ensuring their availability, security, and performance.
  • Lead the SAP Core Model program over 3-4 years, ensuring business transformation, team coordination and milestone achievement.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and monitoring service quality.
  • Team Management:
  • Manage and lead a team of direct reports, consisting of:
  • CTO: Chief Technical Officer.
  • CISO: Chief Information Security Officer.
  • IS Business Solution: Responsible for back office and front office applications.
  • Architecture and Data: Responsible for defining and implementing the architecture of information systems and data management.
  • PMO & Governance: Responsible for project portfolio management and IT governance.
  • Develop the skills of your employees and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Budgetary and Financial Management:
  • Optimizing costs and ensuring the return on investment of projects.
  • Piloting governance to value tower model, monitoring expenses and performance indicators, implementing dashboards and regular reporting.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring optimized financial terms.
  • Technology Watch and Innovation:
  • Maintain constant technology watch, identifying trends and innovations that could bring value to the company.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences, developing your network and exchanging with your peers.
  • Promote a culture of innovation within the IT department, encouraging experimentation and knowledge sharing.

Desired Profile:

  • Position based in Madrid.
  • Education: Higher education degree in computer science, engineering school or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the IT field, leading both product and cross-functional teams, in global environments. With at least 5 years in a CIO positions / IT executive position.
  • Skills:
  • Strategic vision and ability to translate business issues into IT objectives.
  • Expertise in the following areas: information systems architecture, project management, information systems security, infrastructure, application development.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and issues related to the implementation of a Core Model.
  • Leadership and ability to scale high performance teams and unite around common goals.
  • Ability to interact trustfully & openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization. Working collectively, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish a plus.
