• Drive and define the wireless network vision and global strategy
• Architect scalable wireless solutions that meet future-facing business demands

• Innovate and deliver wireless capabilities that empower seamless user experiences

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end design of wireless network products and operating models
• Provide thought leadership for wireless transformation, including WiFi 6/6E, Private 5G, LTE, DAS
• Conduct site surveys with Ekahau and Air Magnet tools for predictive and passive designs
• Champion automation-first practices and resilience testing across environments
• Collaborate across Cyber Security, Cloud, Workplace Experience, and architectural teams
• Manage vendors, ensure delivery value, and oversee large-scale deployments
• Support smart facilities with IoT, location services, and next-gen wireless integration
• Evaluate network dependencies and orchestrate seamless implementation plans
• Drive performance, security, scale, and audit-readiness throughout lifecycle
• Engage senior stakeholders with clear technical messaging and strategic advocacy

🎯 What You Bring

• 15+ years in network architecture design and delivery, with deep wireless expertise
• CCIE Wireless and ECSE Design Certification
• Proven experience in campus, industrial, and multi-tenant wireless transformation
• Technical mastery of 802.11 protocols, captive portals, cloud exchange, SD-WAN, and site resiliency
• Strong stakeholder engagement and public speaking capability
• Experience influencing portfolio investments and managing global vendor relationships
• Broad IT experience with strategic planning, service management, and cross-team collaboration
• Passion for innovation and mentoring future wireless leaders
