Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience across both frontend and backend technologies, with a passion for clean code, scalability, and secure development practices. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end features for complex web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and secure frontend applications using React (with Java integration).
• Build and maintain backend services using Java.
• Integrate authentication and authorization solutions using JWT and Auth0 (nice to have).
• Contribute to the design and implementation of DevOps pipelines using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and follow Agile methodologies.
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability of the codebase.

Required Skills:

Frontend:

• Strong experience with React.js and Typescript
• Exposure to Java integration in frontend environments
• Familiarity with JWT and Auth0 is a plus

Backend:

• Proficient in Java backend development, some Python experience would be nice.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

DevOps:

• Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Harness is a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid team setting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is preferred
