Hiring Planning Engineer

Salary:- TBD

Duty hrs:- 10 hrs/ 6 days

Location:- Dukhan

Contract duration:- 3 months extendable

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports: S-curves, manpower histograms, earned value management (EVM), and critical path analysis.
• Assist in cost control and forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate potential project delays and risks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning , primarily in oil & gas
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel (advanced level).
• Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks such as PMI or AACEI standards is a plus.
