The primary responsibility is to ensure the availability, integration, and optimization of the E‑Service Portal, which is tightly integrated with D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and D365 CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for the E‑Service Portal.
- Manage portal configuration, customization, and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Ensure smooth integration with D365 F&O and D365 CRM.
- Support change management processes related to portal adoption and improvements.
- Drive process optimization to improve user experience and service delivery.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of portal features and integrations.
- Deliver end‑user training and prepare portal documentation for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure portal performance, reliability, and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in E‑Service Portal implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of portal integrations with Microsoft Dynamics (F&O and CRM).
- Hands‑on expertise in portal configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of enterprise application support, testing, and QA.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
