We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help shape impactful, user-centric data visualisation experiences that drive smart business decisions. This role sits at the intersection of design, product, and insight - ideal for someone with a strong understanding of how design enables clarity, not just beauty.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing effective, intuitive data dashboards for business and marketing stakeholders
• Translating complex modelling and analytics into clear, actionable visual insights
• Applying best-in-class data visualisation standards (e.g. IBCS)
• Prioritising clarity, consistency, and accessibility in all design outputs
• Working closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Strategy, Data, Marketing)
• Supporting user testing, interviews, and iterative research-led design
• Championing visual storytelling that supports KPIs and business decision-making

Tools & Skills:

• Figma, Miro, and design systems experience
• Data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI - knowledge of limitations a plus)
• Strong skills in layout, information hierarchy, and visual clarity
• Comfortable interpreting data and collaborating with technical stakeholders
• Understanding of business/marketing metrics (e.g. media sufficiency, ROI)

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in product design or UX
• Portfolio that showcases dashboard or data-centric products
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Bonus: familiarity with IBCS or similar standards
