Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Product Designer located in Sydney, NSW. The Product Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as visual design, applying design thinking principles, conducting user research, and creating product designs. The role involves collaborating with various teams to understand and implement UX research insights and ensuring the final product meets user needs and business objectives.

JD for Product Designer-

We are looking for a Product Designer with experience in Pega-based platforms and API-driven ecosystems to join our fraud and scam prevention team. In this role, you will design secure, scalable, and user-friendly experiences that help detect, prevent, and respond to fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with engineering teams to design interfaces that integrate with APIs and backend services.

·       Work with engineers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.

·       Contribute to the evolution of our design system with a focus on trust, clarity, and accessibility.

Requirements:

·       Hands-on experience designing for Pega applications (e.g., Pega Case Management, Pega Customer Service).

·       Understanding of API design and integration workflows.

·       Strong experience with Cards (Master/ Visa)

·       Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving in complex systems.

·       Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

·       Excellent communication and documentation skills.
