In this role, you'll lead the modernization and scalability of cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams across the Americas, ensuring high performance, security, and automation across AWS and GCP environments. In this role, you'll lead the modernization and scalability of cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams across the Americas, ensuring high performance, security, and automation across AWS and GCP environments. This position combines strategic thinking, hands-on DevOps, and strong technical guidance.
- What to Expect in This Role + Responsibilities
- Lead cloud architecture design with a focus on scalability, automation, and uptime
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Ensure observability using tools like Coralogix, Datadog, or Prometheus
- Serve as a technical referent for DevOps practices and cloud governance
- Requirements
- 8+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and GCP services
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for orchestration and containerization
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible
- Advanced English for remote collaboration across international teams
- Nice to Have
- Experience with Cloud Run, AWS Lambda, or other serverless technologies
- Familiarity with hybrid or multi-cloud deployments
- Background in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Fintech or high-availability platform experience
- Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP)
