Permanent Role – Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Brussels

At Koda Staff, we’re excited to be working with an innovative and rapidly growing company in Belgium that’s on the lookout for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their executive leadership team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech leader who wants to shape the company’s future, drive innovation, and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

As CTO, you’ll be the driving force behind the company’s technology vision. You’ll set the roadmap, ensure systems are scalable and secure, and work closely with the CEO and other executives to align technology with the business strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Defining and executing the company’s technology roadmap
• Leading, mentoring, and growing the engineering and IT teams
• Overseeing the architecture, development, and deployment of new products
• Bringing in best practices across infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity
• Managing tech budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks (GDPR and others)
• Advising the CEO and Board on emerging technology trends

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role
• Strong technical background in software engineering, cloud, and system architecture
• Experience scaling technology teams in a fast-growth environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Fluency in English, with French or Dutch (ideally both) as a big plus
