Developer (Helsinki)

We are looking for a Developer to join ECC team!

ECC (Elisa Capabilities for Common Identity and Experience) solves the key issue of unifying and centralizing identities and customer data in real-time, ensuring high quality and privacy compliance. In practical terms, the team develops Elisa-level microservices focusing on customer data. Our mission is to improve data quality and better customer experiences across services and channels, ultimately driving business growth. The team works in close collaboration with various stakeholder teams across Elisa, as well as its sibling team Elisa ID.

Who we are looking for?

To master the position minimum of five (5) years development of digital services and strong Java background is required. Spring Framework and relational database experience is also expected. Golang experience for at least for one year is required as we use it in our newest services. In event-based integrations knowledge of Kafka is preferred. Solid experience of developing consumer services is a must. Cultural fit and proactive mindset are also important in succeeding in the role 😊

• Building high-security systems
• Relational databases
• Containers and orchestration with Kubernetes
• CI/CD with tools like GitHub Actions
• Developing with Golang
• Working experience with Kafka

You don’t have to know everything, the position allows you to also learn as you go. We also expect you to have good communication skills in spoken and written English, and you’ll have an advantage if you also use Finnish.

Role

In addition to ECC development, the rest of your role will be customized based on your experience and interests and can be a combination of:

• Identity and access management solutions
• Frontend development with React
• Cloud architectures
