This is not your typical Scrum Master contract.

We’re hiring an assertive, hands-on Senior Agile Coach to support multiple cross-functional squads building complex digital products in a regulated, data-driven environment. You’ll work across 2–4 squads, directly coaching engineers, product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver real business outcomes.

🎯 Your Mission

• 🧭 Coach 2–4 product teams on agile principles that actually deliver results.
• 🔬 Drive lean discovery, rapid experimentation, and data-backed product decisions.
• 🤝 Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, UX/UI, Data Science and Business Leaders.
• 🔗 Align product vision with technical execution across multiple squads.
• 🚧 Remove blockers and embed continuous delivery culture.
• ⚖️ Balance regulatory requirements with delivery speed and product quality.
• 📊 Promote outcome-based thinking and evidence-driven decisions.

👤 What You Bring

• ✅ 7+ years of experience in Agile Coaching or senior Scrum Master roles.
• 👨‍💻 Strong technical background (software engineering or delivery experience preferred).
• 🧩 Comfortable coaching multiple squads in parallel.
• 🚀 Experience blending startup/scale-up agility with enterprise complexity.
• 🧠 Expertise in Lean UX, Product Discovery, and Outcome-Based Development.
• 🔐 Experience working in regulated, data-centric industries.
• 🎙️ Excellent coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
• 🌍 Fluent English.
