Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources and training Manager located in Kelsterbach. The Human Resources Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR development programs, assis sourcing of subcontractors, managing HR processes, providing career management support, and effectively utilizing HR Information Systems (HRIS). Key tasks include designing and implementing HR strategies, conducting training sessions, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.

- Proficiency in Human Resource Development and HR Management skills
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Career Management
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred
