My client is seeking a Product Manager within brokerage technology. This role is instrumental in shaping the product vision and execution for delivering integrated stock plan capabilities that drive value across this company's wealth and brokerage business.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will operate in a fast-paced, agile environment, partnering with cross-functional leaders to influence strategy, set direction, and execute against high-impact initiatives. You will lead a team of professionals focused on developing brokerage integration solutions that support plan participants, operational teams, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear mission and vision for your team
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to prioritise and deliver high-impact work
• Lead the orchestration of stock plan transactions across modernised platforms
• Manage trade and transfer restrictions by plan rules
• Oversee brokerage account opening and activation for participants in the U.S. and internationally
• Enable the bulk transfer of assets into brokerage accounts
• Measure and track performance through critical business and technology metrics
• Remove barriers to progress and ensure timely, quality delivery
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and agile leadership

Essential Experience

• 8–10 years of product management or related experience in financial services is really important for this particular role
• Strong understanding of stock plan services, brokerage platforms, and institutional technology
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority
• Experience in agile environments, with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Deep curiosity, strategic thinking, and a client-centric mindset
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
